Federation of Organizations is a not for profit multi-service, community based social welfare agency founded in 1972 by family advocates. Federation develops programs to meet the needs of special populations such as: children at risk, low-income seniors, people recovering from mental illness, and the homeless. For over 30 years Federation has been working to improve services to people with disabilities.
